The OpenVPN Server Module is stopped

Can't connect. Seems like my ISP uses Deep Packet Inspection.
OpenVPN server port set as 443 tcp (tried 1194, 5555 as well). Trying with openvpn windows client using softethers autogenerated .ovpn file (proto, remote and port changed accordingly). Server log:

On the TCP Listener (Port 443), a Client (IP address MYPUBLIC_IP, Host name "MYPUBLIC_IP", Port number 25515) has connected.
For the client (IP address: MYPUBLIC_IP, host name: "MYPUBLIC_IP", port number: 25515), connection "CID-342" has been created.
OpenVPN Module: The OpenVPN Server Module is starting.
OpenVPN Session 1 (MYPUBLIC_IP:25515 -> VPNSERVER_IP:443): A new session is created. Protocol: TCP
OpenVPN Session 1 (MYPUBLIC_IP:25515 -> VPNSERVER_IP:443) Channel 0: A new channel is created.
OpenVPN Module: The OpenVPN Server Module is stopped.

Tried with SecureNAT enabled and disabled. Now it's disabled, only DHCP function enabled. No success.

But when connecting via http-proxy (Bitvise ssh tunneler 127.0.0.1:1080) it connects immediatly and works like a charm. What can I do?
Thanks in advance

Could you try to use SoftEther VPN client?
