I am also looking for any documentation about RPC/API of SoftEther VPN server.

I was also looking for a linux version (GTK or QT, don't mind as nowadays we all have both toolkits). Is there any plan to port it to linux or perhaps a source code to try to compile it by the community?

I've just run Manager with wine and it seems to work.
