Basic VP site 2 site setup using 2 NICs

Hi all,
I have a question that will most likely be very easy for you all to answer. I'm just wanting to know what I'm doing wrong here to accomplish my goal. Here is the configuration-
Windoze 7 PC #1- 192.168.1.x (SE Server)
Windoze 7 PC #2- 192.168.3.x (This PC has a Gigabit NIC and a WiFi connection to its router)
Currently the connection from site to site is working great. What I would like to do is have all my VPN traffic on the #2 PC routed through the WiFi connection only. Is it possible to dedicate a NIC for VPN traffic? I looked at the tutorial and it would seem so but when I go into the setup to select which NIC card to use, it only shows my Gigabit card as an option to select. Am I missing something?
