Unable to connect to the VPN Client Service

Hello.

I have just installed the Packetix VPN Client Manager and I obtain this error when trying to use it for the first time:

"Unable to connect to the VPN Client service operating on Local Computer
Make sure the VPN Client service has started and is running normally"

The PacketiX VPN Client service is running

I have a work station with Windows 7 Ultimate and the Comodo firewall. I have disabled the Comodo firewall but the error remains.
