This is really frustrating and I can't find any information anywhere. Whenever I try to create a virtual network adapter it always makes this "VPN Client Adapter - VPN Status: Enabled MAC Address: 00-00-01-00-00-01 Version: 4.19.0.9594". Any information on how to fix this would be appreciated. Thanks!

Please be more clear. What OS are you using? What server OS is your SoftEther installed on? What exactly do you mean when you're trying to create a virtual network adapter? Are you trying to connect to your VPN server?

Sorry. I am using windows 10 home edition. I'm not quite sure what you mean about server OS. And let me provide a picture of what happens. I'm also using the client version of softether and not a server version. I'm just trying to connect to servers in Japan.
http://imgur.com/fallnmT I always get this every time I create a VPN adapter. It never registers that I make one it just creates that over and over again.

Ohhhh, OK
Basically yours failed to create a Virtual Network Adapter.
Did you install and run your SoftEtherVPN Client as Administrator?
1) Can you re-run your SoftEther VPN Client as an administrator?
Make sure you close the VPN Client (make sure there's no icon on your tray bar) and right click the VPN Client shortcut icon, then choose Run As Administrator?
OR you can go to the icon properties, go to compatibility, and then tick Run as Administrator

And then recreate your new Virtual Network Adapter

If this doesn't work, please go to (2).

2) Uninstall your SoftEther VPN Client and restart your computer. Reinstall, but run the installation as administrator as well (right click the installation .exe file, and choose run as admin) and follow the prompt as per normal. Once installed, do (1) as well

If this doesn't work, why not use the native Windows VPN Client (without SoftEther VPN Client)?

Unable to because the Windows VPN Client crashes and never works. Also the fixes were unable to fix the problem.

Is there any problem when you connect to a VPN server?
It seems you succeed to install a VPN adapter.
