Ping client from server

hello all,
i have trouble,
if i use openvpn, i can ping all client1 and client2 from server terminal
when i use softether i cannot ping all client from server terminal
but between client 1 and client 2 can ping with reply ok

ipserver 192.168.30.1
client1 192.168.30.201
client2 192.168.30.202

client1 can ping client2, ipserver
client2 can ping client1, ipserver
ipserver cannot ping client1, client2

what should i do to setting...

i want replicate mysql database in client to vps server

help me...
softether is easy to setting up

now i'm disable securenat and use localbridge
but still cannot ping client from server
