2 PC from Same ip, cant conect to l2tp

Hi, i have a problem

I have my PC whit Softether VPN server in office1

When i go to another Office in other place i try to connect 2 or more users but i cant.

I only connect one 1 per time in the same ip address.

If i try for example

Location 1: VPN Server

Locantion 2: 2 Clients VPN

Location 3: 1 Client VPN

Location 2 and 3 can conect at same time 1 uper per time, but when i try to connect the 2 client from location 1 givme error.

Please enable VPN pass through function at VPN server side router.
