Avast virus pop up

I keep getting this from Avast anti virus:
URL: http://93.170.13.86/redirect_random_video.php
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: E:\Program Files\SoftEther VPN Client\vpnclient.exe

You might want to test this more because it keeps doing this on my xp boot drive. I have the vpn client disabled in network connections and I am not even using the client manager but have got this several times and will be removing the program until this is solved with a update. When I do a virus scan it finds nothing but the file still keeps trying to get out to the url listed.

I will not open any thing that my virus software says is a virus.
