Assign two IPs to client

Hello,
I have SoftEther on a linux machine running and use L2TP/IPsec. One Windows VPS connects as client to the server. On the VPS are different services running - some with the same port but different IP.
For the public access this has been easily resolved by assigning two public IPs. But for the local access I'm wondering what's the best solution to realize this.
I can add another IP by 'netsh interface ipv4 add address "<name>" <IP> <Subnet>' but it's not available in the local LAN as I guess SoftEther does not know that it needs to route this IP there.
Is there a way to make the IP known to SoftEther?
Thank you!
