server forgets assigned ips

I have many servers all are using softether with the same script
I assign each customer a unique dedicated ip address and it has been working fine for several months
but one server all of a sudden is starting to have issues where every couple days like 4-7 days it forgets all assigned ips to users and customers can't connect to their vpns because of it
so I have to run vpn script again and that fixes the issue of assigning the correct ips to the users, but i have no idea what could be causing it to forget the assigned ips as this has never happened before, any ideas?
Note - Ironically enough this server does have the most ips out of all my other servers, about 350 ips on this one while the others have 200-250 ips, could this be causing an issue? Any ideas on how to fix it
using CentOS 6.X on all servers only one server is having this problem
