Every time when I am using Softether, there is only one host I can connect to at each time.
Is VPN cascading possible within Softether which means a user can connect to two or more hosts at the same time?
If a user cascaded his Softether with other VPNs, how does the system or laptop choose which VPN to be the end IP address to the target website?

You can connect to two or more VPN servers at same time.
And, OS chooses a interface to access the Internet by default gateway setting.
