can I change my IP address via VPN Gate page?

On http://www.vpngate.net/en/ there is a sentence “Let's change your IP address by using VPN Gate!'
After clicking 'Let's change your IP address by using VPN Gate!', the focus changed to a list of over 10,000 relay servers.
Is it possible to change my immediate IP address via 'You may connect to any of these VPN servers with: Username: 'vpn', Password: 'vpn' on this page? If so, does it need a client manager presented on my laptop?
