I think you downloaded the client from the softether website instead of the vpngate web site where the vpngate plug in is provided. Remove the software and download this instead from the first (vpngate) link. Best to avoid the cnet download link as they sometimes package potentially unwanted programs with the software. http://www.vpngate.net/en/download.aspx
