What can block traffic to reach my gateway ?!?

Hi,
I setupped a SoftEtherVPN using the SSTP protocol and used my MS NPS Server to authentificate user.
When a user connect to the VPN, the user is authentificated, an IP address, netmask, gateway, dns are assigned by the virtual DHCP server... All is perfect.
BUT
On the client PC, when I try to ping the IP of the virtual DHCP server, ping is OK.
On the client PC, when I try to ping the gateway, I got "Destination unreachable".
I looked my "route print" and it seem good.
Security polices are disabled on all my groups.
What should I check now ?
Thanks for your answer.
