VLANs config

Hi, I'm not a networking expert, but I've been playing and have some Softether servers in production.
Now I need to configure somerthing like this:

That post has more than one month, I discarted any way to go on this project with softether.
I was asking about how VLans can work with the biggest telecom provider here in Spain, Telefónica de España with TV, optic fiber and phone .....
Mayne I should find other way to get faster replies next time ?
