I have an internet access through Proxy Server in a LAN Environment where my computer has a Static IP Address as 172.17.1.x. connecting through physical LAN

Now in-order to surf anonymously i have installed Softether Client under Windows 7 OS whereby i am able to successfully connect to my VPN Server, however, after successful connection, a windows appear "Trying to obtain IP Address through DHCP Server in VPN....." and after some time the windows disappear & the status of Virtual VPN Adapter from "Identifying Network" changes to "Unidentified Network".

However, when using from my Home, the VPN works just fine as it is dynamically allocated IP by the VPN Server. I would also like to add here that the dynamic IP is assigned in the range of as 192.168.7.x

Please help to resolve the issue.

Is there any security software in your PC?

Yes I am using AVG as antiviral and Windows Firewall as well
But I don't think that it is the reason that problem exists as disabling them donot resolve the issue

Did you try to uninstall the software?
