Does bridging allow me to do this?

Hello fellow softethers...

I'm trying to realise the following example. Two softether windows servers on opposite sides of the globe, connected. On one side clients can connect (over the internet) and use the _opposite_ side as the internet gateway somehow.

The purpose of such a configuration is to solve a problem I have. At my current location the android clients/local hotspots accesses are not reliable enough for a stable connection to a vpn server on the other side of the planet (I've tried many). The idea is to let those clients connect to a local server (over the internet) that is able to relay remote gateway access.

I was planning to simply run a proxy but then I found out that I can't connect to a vpn through a proxy with android. So I had to skip that idea...

Any ideas on how to best solve this issue?

I'm thinking maybe bridging and after connecting locally, changing the default gateway of the vpn connection. Is this the best way?

Cheers.. Thanks for reading...
