l2tp连接的加密问题

在server管理器里只打开了L2tp over Ipsec,通过windows 8.1连接到服务器。
在客户端上，连接后显示已经加密，见图1。
然而在管理器 虚拟hub 管理会话 中查看连接状态，却提示“未加密”（图2）
请问我的连接是否已经加密？

It's just problem only display on VPN server manager.
VPN server decrypts session when convert protocol.
