Virtual hub question - advanced?

Hey
If I have two softether servers A and B cascade connected lets say.
Server B is not bridging it's virtual hub to it's physical network (nic).
Would it then be possible for a client connected to server B's virtual hub to then act as it's connected to server A directly?
In the documentation it seems that each server needs it's own virtual hub, butbis this necessary here?
I'm trying to as simple as possible create a 'local' vpn hotspot sort to speak, where my vpn clients can connect to server B but effectively be connected to the same network as server A (which is very far away). Server B is like a relay node.
Would this require a layer 3 switch?
Are there any settings I need to pay attention to?
Thank you for reading... Cheers! /s
