SoftEther VPN User Forum

Hi,

I've been using SoftEther for my personal networks for quite a while and am looking to replace an openvpn server with the softether solution at work.

The softether server has been setup on windows (2008R2) and has openvpn ticked. However, users can't authenticate. I've looked for some log files but can't find any relevant ones. Has anyone got any experience of setting this up that could offer some advice?

did you tried to generate openvpn configuration file for client with softether vpn server manager?

I have indeed and imported it. I have a user sent up in the virtual hub who's username and password I'm putting into OpenVPN when prompted for credentials.

Did you check client log?
