Haven't been able to connect for months

I work in a small office and the knowledge is limited. However, I have been able to VPN into work for 2 years with no issues. About 2 months ago it just stopped working. Nothing was updated on my computer or our server. The guys that know a little have looked and tried to figure it out but to no avail. If I am on our network in the office, VPN will connect. Anything outside of the network and I get and Error Code 1. Verified the firewall is not the issue. Compared my settings to others that have no issues...they are the same. My acct has been deleted and readded. We created a new acct for me. Still nothing.

Does anyone have any suggestions or insight as to what's going on?

Any info is greatly appreciated.

Does the error occur only your client PC?

Did you try to connect to VPN with another PC with your network environment?

No, it happens on all the machines I have tried. My coworkers can get in on any machine but not on my machines. I cannot connect on theirs.

its as if both my client and my machines have issues...just don't know what that issue is.

And this just started a few months back. I've been connecting into the network for years.

No, I've tried my account and another coworkers's PC and still no success...unless we are on our internal network. Then I can connect on any computer. But if I am on any outside network (home, airport, starbucks, etc) then no joy.

We thought it was my account but my admin made a new acct and still no luck. We have deleted my acct, recreated it...still nothing.

I think you are some typo about settings.

I think account shouldn't relate about error code1.

Please try to export setting from your coworker and rewrite your account.
