Hello!
I don't have administrator privileges in my workstation.
I want to use SoftEther Vpn client in Windows 7.
Where can I download SoftEther Vpn client portable version.

There isn't such version.
Installing SoftEther VPN virtual NIC require administrator privileges because the NIC is driver.
