SoftEther VPN User Forum

I initially connect to my office SoftEther VPN Server (on Win 10 Pro) but my SoftEther VPN Client from home (o Win 7 Ultimate SP1) after a while, let say... 15-30min. does not let any pages to be displayed in my browser (Mozilla) I presume is an err. 404 but in SoftEther VPN Client Manager it writes in status of connection that is "connected".

After I disconnect VPN connection from SoftEther VPN Client Manager and connect again, all operations are resumed and after a refresh all is good like nothing is happened!

Something is wrong! Can someone help me?

I this morning I tried to reconnect to my server and received that error message: "error (Error code 1)."

See the attached file for details / print screen. Last evening was fine.

Try to re-start router.
