So we run a VPN company and issue customers dedicated ips, and it works great using Softether but sometimes when customer tries to connect to L2TP it will say this:
The PPP link control protocol was terminated.
This happens randomly I have no idea why, nothing changed on server but customer is now getting this message, before he was able to connect without problem using L2TP
Now he is only able to connect using the Softether VPN Client Manager, how can I fix this so that he can connect with L2TP again???

Does the error happen in any client OS and in any network?
