I'm running newest version of softether on my server.
my ISP has all ports closed to unsolicited traffic, so I am
using VPN azure with softether client on PC.(SSTP) Works
very nicely, except I need my android lollipop to be able to
access my VPN also. I did see a SSTP android client in the
play store, but I'm afraid its not going to give me very good
performance. What is my best option to connect from android?

Thanks

SSTP use TCP at Port 443. So you could try to use OpenVPN in TCP-Mode at Port 443.

Let the Windows-GUI create a example-config and eidt the hostname_openvpn_remote_access_l3.ovpn

Replace "proto udp" with "proto tcp" and
"remote hostname 1194" with "remote hostname 443"

EDIT: Okay, I thought SSTP works direct (because company allow https or something like that)

The SSTP client for Android provides very good performance and good speed, even better than OpenVPN via TCP. The only drawback is the extremely high battery consumption which makes it hardly usable (- 20% within 3 hours)

VPN Azure relay servers are in Japan. So VPN Azure is slow.
I recommend to set up relay server in your country.
