I would like to ask if there's any tutorial or way of making a user of having a bandwidth limit/day

for example, a user will have a 100mb bandwidth limit per day and if he/she will reach the allocated bandwidth then he/she will be disconnected and reconnect for the next 24 hours. :)

I hope there is one because i badly needed it.

You can achieve that by using scripts, a script check against your customer's statistics and then make a decision based on those statistics. you could use C, Python, Perl, bash scripting, or whatever language you like to work with.
