Looking for help connecting my Android

I'm looking for someone who has already successfully connected their android smartphone to a SmartEther VPN server they either setup themselves, or help setup.
I would prefer someone willing to use Skype to help me connect my android to my server, as I am unable to do so after following the instructions provided at https://www.softether.org/4-docs/2-howt ... VPN_Server and https://www.softether.org/4-docs/2-howt ... ient_Setup to the best of my ability.
I live in the timezone UTC-5, and as a result, I am unable to accept help from anyone that would not be able to be available sometime during the hours of 9am to 7pm UTC-5.
I do not know how long it will take, but the absolute most should be 45 minutes.

You must be joking to think people will call you via skype to help you during the time that will suite you.

This is isn't customer service!!!!!

I've tried both L2TP/IPsec PSK, and OpenVPN.
L2TP/IPsec PSK just says connecting for a while, then says disconnected.
OpenVPN just gets stuck on waiting for server.

Hello There!, check last time login of the user that is you use to connect from your smartphone to your SE server. Try to connect from your smartphone and then immediately check last time login, let me know if the time of last login is almost the time when you tried to connect the SE server.

Good luck!

0 logins means(assuming you chose the correct protocol) the credentials that you use for the Android connection is wrong. Double check on credentials of that connection.

Good luck (:

1) Can you login to the vpn with any other devices?
2) Have you confirmed that the IP is reachable?
3) Have you confirmed that the appropriate ports are available on the server?

My friend has no problems connecting to the vpn, and we have used it to play lan multiplayer games on several occasions.

I double checked it, and everything seems to be correct, but I am still unable to connect to it via Android.

Can you share your Android setup? Screenshots might be helpful.

On the server, is there anything in the logs when you try to connect with the Android?

Use the same credentials with SE client to connect to your SE server and let me know if you get it successfully ?

Both me and a friend have used my server to play LAN Multiplayer, despite being in two completely different parts of the state.

Did you configure port forwarding UDP 500, 4500 for L2TP/IPSec?
