hight CPU (65% 30 megabit/s)

Good day.

Tell me, please, what needs to be changed in the SoftEther VPN Server settings so that it doesn’t load the CPU so much?

There is a SoftEther VPN server configured on the Local Bridge (Debian GNU / Linux 9.7 VPS). SecureNAT is turned off. Encryption and compression are also disabled (this is displayed in the server admin in the client session properties).
The DHCP server is dnsmasq. Everything is configured, roughly as described here:
https://hd.zp.ua/ustanovka-softether-na ... li-debian/

MikroTik is connected to SoftEther VPN Server as an L2TP client, as described here, but without IPsec:
https://hd.zp.ua/puskaem-trafik-s-mikro ... softether/

Through this VPN, 20 IP cameras are connected with a total traffic of 30 megabit / s, according to the scheme:

Request (commands):
player -> eth0 -> tap_soft -> MikroTik -> IPcam

The answer (video):
IPcam -> MikroTik -> tap_soft -> eth0 -> player

At the same time, 2 Intel (R) Xeon (R) Gold 6140 CPU @ 2.30GHz cores are in total loaded with 65% (core # 1 ~ 20% and core # 2 ~ 45%) with the vpnserver process.

There are no services other than those associated with SoftEther VPN on the VPS.

I really need your help in this matter.

Thank you in advance.
