Hey guys,
I noticed a big problem for me.
I have chosen softether to listen on port tcp:80/443.
Unfortunately, this only works for a limited time.
After a server restart this works for about 30 minutes, after that I can't log in on this port via openvpn.
According to "netstat -tpln" the server also listens to the ports, telnet also says that the ports are open. This doesn't seem to interest the Softether server anymore.
After a server restart it will work again for about 30 minutes.
Softether Version: 4.29 9680
OS: Ubuntu 18.04 server
Of course all ports are free otherwise it would not work even after a restart.
EDIT: ok sorry, DoS detection was the problem
OpenVPN port listening problem: port 80/443 does not work for long (solved)
