Local Bridge grayed out

Hi All,
New user here, so no doubt I've missed something obvious...
I've recently installed a second Server, the first went exactly as planned, with no issues.
On the second, I was unable to create a Local Bridge. The <Local Bridge Settings> button is grayed out in Server Manager (on Windows).
Both installs are on Pi's running Ubuntu 19.10 server.
VPN Server version: v4.31-9727-beta-2019.11.18-linux-arm_eabi-32bit.tar.gz
I have solved the issue by creating the Local Bridge from vpncmd using bridgecreate, however I still have the grayed out button in Server Manager.
Can anyone offer any suggestions on where I went wrong?
