VPN inside RDP

I want to use VPN inside remote server (computing machine). The computing machine is in the cloud, and I access it via RDP (from my home machine).
When I install SoftEther in the computing machine and connect VPN then I immediately lose my RDP connection.
I can install vpn in my home machine and connect computing machine via internal ip address, but it is kinda slow.
Is there a way to connect computing machine from my home machine via public ip while computing machine is connected to VPN?
