Passwords encoded with "SCRV1:hash"

Hello -
I'm using SoftEther with Radius. When using the OpenVPN Connect client, the client tries to encode the password into the format "SCRV1:<hash>" and fails radius authentication. According to the documentation, the server must support the decoding. Is this a planned future addition? Here's the documentation I found (near the end):
