Client pings server, but server cannot ping client

As I wrote, I have connection established, but server can't ping client.
I need to use iperf between them and it doesn't work.

Are you using secure nat with virtual routing?

the same thing is happening iin the netwotk i see my azure server and i can pin the server from my home work station but i cant pin my work station from the server

Right if you are using securenat you won't be able to ping clients on vpn server from the network.
Did you try layer2 bridging?
