Softether on Windows 10 with ARM64 processor

I have a new Surface Pro X with Windows 10 and ARM64 processor. Is there a way to get a version of Softether for this system?
The X86 version works at least in the X86 emulator, but the network driver that is created cannot be installed.

Are you looking for the client or the server part of softether?
