Vonage Business App keeps connecting under SoftEther VPN

Hello everyone,
I have SoftEther VPN Server in our office and we are using Vonage Soft Phones to take and make calls. My problem is that when I connect to the SoftEther VPN which is installed in our office my vonage will keep on connecting and I am out of ideas already and I really really need help with this.
