Connection keeps dropping every 15 minutes or so

Hi All,
In addition to my previous post, I have two SE Servers set up on the same local subnet. One is running on Win Server 2012R2, the other on a Win10 PC. (192.168.30.1 and 192.168.40.1 respectively).
The one on Win10 works alright, but the clients keep dropping the connection every 10-15 minutes or so and reconnecting, whereas the one on Server 2012R2 is fine.
They are both behind a firewall and are using SecureNat (no local bridge) and have pretty much identical configs.
I suspect there is something with the Win10 PC that I need to check or set, but everything I've tried doesn't make any difference.
Any suggestions where I should be looking?
