How can I use a TAP Adapter to make a local bridge?

Hi
I want use a virtual Tap Adapter V9 to create a Local Bridge in a Windows machine, so I install it, modify to stay always connected, create the bridge, can connect to the server but the bridge does not work.
I've read some posts that talks about create a Windows bridge between the TAP and the physical NIC adapter and after that create the SoftEther bridge with the TAP but in the manual does not appears that. Can anybody explain me how to work in that scenery?
