vpn connection drop problem

Post by SoftEtherUser1 » Mon Apr 20, 2020 2:01 pm

Hello All SoftEther Users :)
I'd like to ask for advice, i have problem with vpn connection droping..
what i noticed:
- connection drops only when there are many users connected and working
(like 5 users which it's not really much..but i believe there is high network load but network speed on server side should be more than enough)
(client side code 13 and sometimes there is info about code 11 on server side)
- when drop occurrs on client side, i'm not able to connect server with SoftEther VPN Server Manager for few moments (using public or even local server ip address - code 1) - after few moments it gets back to normal

server version 4.19
client version i believe different on each machine - should i align all to newes version?
i checked firewall and all seems to be configured well

typical log moment before drop:

I guess all of your clients are using SEVPN client to connect to server right? Are they connecting directly to the TCP listener server side? Or are they using UDP to establish communication with server?
