I can't download the client inside of Iran

since I'm Iranian and we have very poor net speed please provide us torrent download of the client. after 7 times try to download I wasn't successful.
or please activate resume capability for download.

Thank you very much, but I found new way to download. every time new version be there my friend abroad upload that for me privately.
