Hi, thank you for taking time to look at this.

I am in IOS latest version, I am new, what did I miss.the mess I get is “the L2TP VPN server did not respond, retry connecting...” I am using the most popular one “ public-vpn-123.opengw.net”

My other vpn software works, including IKEv2 type.
