All VPN clients on Windows 7 & 10.
When I've made virtual adapter on desktop computer with wired network adapter there has been no problem (and connection to server works fine).
But when I want to do the same on notebook I can not create proper virtual adapter (for VPN client), because the created adapter always shows that 'network cable is unplugged'. I bridget the virtual adapter to wireless one, to wired, to both (with lan cable plugged / unplugged in wired adapter); disabled wired adapter, removed wired adapter... the result is always the same - failure.
Has anybody succeed to create virtual adapter using wireless adaper. Is so, how?
Thanks.

Re: Client Virtual adapter with Wireless adapter
Why did you create bridge?
If you create bridge, the bridge doesn't work because promiscuous mode doesn't work on wireless adapter.

Re: Client Virtual adapter with Wireless adapter
At first I have done it normaly (not bridged). When I was unable to make connection I have just tried every possibility. That's all.

Re: Client Virtual adapter with Wireless adapter
Showing 'network cable is unplugged' is normal message when the client isn't connected to VPN server.
What error did you see when connecting?
