Connect from iOS to raspberry server under NAT

Some background :
Server on raspberry pi 4
OS - Raspbian
I don't have public IP, contacted ISP

can I use NAT-t or Azure on iOS, to bypass NAT?

Enable azure on rpi
From ios connect to vpnxxxx.azure.net

Keep in mind it is about 1Mb/s up/down
