SE VPN Manager 1 Client is to 1 Device only

Guys Im new in using Softether VPN...please help how to configure softether vpn to work 1 client is lock to 1 device only...
In the user attributes, you can specify the mac address of each user
You can also set 1 IP to 1 user
You can also set 1 connection per 1 user
