Final help with initial setup

Hi all,
I feel I'm almost done but I'm missing a step, and I don't know what it is.
I have a small company with about 15 computers on a LAN. On one of these PC's I have installed Softether Server and done the Wizard Configuration.
This PC (Windows 10 pro) has one ethernet port, it is connected to the main company switch.
From home (I have a Mac laptop) I have managed to connect to the VPN through the built-in client, the OS tells me I'm connected and I can browse the internet.
However, I can't access the LAN as if I were at the company. I don't see any of the computers in the LAN.
Can you help me diagnose what am I missing?
I have read that some configuration problems are from the fact of having a single ethernet adapter. Can it be?
Let me know any info you need to know
Thanks
