How to use SoftEther vpn for only one app on Windows

Hi everyone,
I work from home, so my company set up SoftEther VPN on my laptop to use specific program of my company. But if I use Chrome or Skype, I have to use this VPN too and I don't want to be like this. So can you help me to set up, to use SoftEther VPN for only one app of my company?
And when I use other app like Chrome, Skype,.... I use normal internet.
