VPC with private IPs from softether layer two bridge tunnel

Hi
Is it possible that the cloud instance will recieve the private ips behind the softether bridge instead of its regular IPs its recieved from by the private cloud?
I mean that the VPC will act as vpn server and bridge and the vpn server on my premises will act as DHCP for the cloud environment?
