Radius setup guide/paid consulting?

We have a Server 2012R2 server. It hosts AD, Radius, and softether. I need some assistance getting this setup, is there a guide or I'm happy to pay for someone time to remotely take a look. Local users work fine and we can authenticate other devices with the Radius server.
I set my server name, port, and shared secret on this screen: https://www.softether.org/@api/deki/fil ... =3-5-3.png
Then I created a user with username * and selected Radius Authentication, and left all the other information blank.
I can't authenticate though, I feel like I'm missing some steps.
