Adding DNS Records to DDNS Domain

Good day people,
I came to a point where one project of mine is stuck.
Lets say my ddns is abcd.softether.net which resolves to the correct ipv4 and ipv6 already. Is there a way to add additional records (like SRV,TXT or MX) to this ddns?
