ipv4_changed_ip_address_through_ethernet

Having an ethernet connection through ipv4 with changed ip address , subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server address. Now not able to connect to vpn . Please suggest some method so that vpn make connections again. Changed ip screenshot attached.

In your Screenshot, is this the picture of your network card which you use to connect to the Internet/Local Network?
If yes: Difficult to help, since you should know the parameters for your network card. Or: what happens if you set it to DHCP/auto?
Can you connect to the Internet at all?
