Excessive use of MAC OS memory

We found a lot of memory usage after a few hours of running the software.
The software runs around 25 VPNs.
The software initially occupies about 25MB, then after a few hours it occupies 4GB and continues to rise.
VPNs experience slowdowns and a software reboot must be performed.
If this is not done, the program takes up all the memory until the system crashes.
Initially we thought about a problem with the packet logs and the writing logic of these but even disabling them the problem remains.
Has anyone already encountered this problem?

MacOs BigSur 11.6
6 giga ram
2 x 2,5 Ghz processore Intel
4.38 Build 9760 Beta (August 16, 2021)
